The Brief

Colgate approached us with a bold initiative: launch their new Smile Centers — a fresh take on oral care, education, and customer engagement inside grocery retailers.

The first rollout was in partnership with Romeo's IGA in Sydney, and the goal was twofold:
Introduce Smile Centers to the public with an upbeat, modern visual identity.
Equip Colgate’s internal teams with compelling media for stakeholder buy-in and global rollout.

Our Role

We handled both photography and video production, crafting assets for internal presentations, external marketing, and press distribution.
Everything had to communicate: Colgate is evolving, and this is what the future looks like.

Our Approach

We treated the launch like a product premiere. The visuals needed to be warm, modern, and confident — clean framing, natural lighting, and thoughtful movement throughout the video.

Photography: We shot lifestyle and environmentals showing real customers engaging with the space. Framed for use in print, social, and digital.

Video: We created a 90 second launch film blending product showcase, customer experience, and strategic messaging.

The Launch

The campaign debuted with the launch of the first Smile Center in Romeo's IGA, Sydney,
and quickly gained traction.

Colgate deployed our visuals across:
- National internal communications
- External partner press kits
- Marketing rollouts in APAC

The Impact

The response was immediate. Stakeholder feedback was overwhelmingly positive, with our visuals helping drive clarity and enthusiasm across departments. More importantly, the Smile Centers are now being rolled out globally—with the Sydney launch setting the visual and strategic benchmark.
